The Conference Secretariat (International Conference Services Ltd.) is the official housing bureau and will offer assistance with the coordination of housing requirements for LALCA 2019. Special room rates have been negotiated and will be available to Conference delegates only.
The success of LALCA 2019 depends on delegates, sponsors and exhibitors using the official Conference hotel by booking through the official housing bureau. LALCA cannot meet contracted room obligations if registrants reserve rooms outside the official hotels or book hotels through channels other than the official housing bureau. Rooms that are not filled through the official housing bureau create an expense for the Conference in the form of financial penalties (attrition fees) and place the financial success of the Conference at risk.
Please be aware that you may receive phone calls or emails from organizations who will claim to be calling on behalf of LALCA 2019 and will offer discounted hotel rates to Conference delegates in Mexico City, Mexico. They will request a contract and payment information from you to take advantage of their alleged discounts.
These companies are NOT affiliated with the Conference and you should not, under any circumstances, provide them with your payment information.
